The Reinforce combines the advantage of a continuous “swept” unlevel edge, freedom of positioning, with the benefits of a stepped unlevel edge, ease of positioning and more surface to flex into. While still a finger flexion focused device, this allows athletes to draw the fingers in together (adduction) during recruitment, being more intentional with finger placement and stimulating intrinsic muscles of the hand (the palmar interrosei). As well, as the fingers attempt to adduct during flexion, this allows a wide variety of finger exercises including overcoming and isotonic curls and yielding lifts and pulls. This reinforces good form, reinforces the strength of the hand, and reinforces any set of devices.
Available in five different sizes. Utilizes small positional marks along the edge to help detect proper setup. Made from carbon fiber reinforced PLA and PLA for colorway options with 12 strand HMPE cord.
Additional features across the Organic series includes remodeled finger architecture, unique edge design per finger based on size and form factor, increased minimum breaking strength and cyclical loading strength, “adducting” space to allow fingers to draw together, bowed side walls to prevent accidental nesting, smoothed backing plate to minimize finger tip abrasion, modified texture to provide consistent grip and be easy to brush, tapered outer walls to minimize thumb interference, redesigned cord ports which cinch cord while switching sides while allowing personalized adjustment, asymmetrical layout for improved balance, internal chamfer for finger position feedback, contrast lettering for “left” and “right” orientation, and vibrant colorway options.
